PK7’s Terms & Conditions

PK7, referred to as the Platform or We throughout this document, is an online gaming service provider. These terms and conditions create a legal agreement between you and PK7.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on PK7. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our policies.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may lead to account closure.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lend, or hand over your account to another person under any circumstances.
• For KYC verification purposes, we may require you to submit a valid government-issued ID, passport, or other acceptable identification documents.

All financial transactions on PK7 are protected with secure encryption technology, and we support a range of trusted payment options for your convenience.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱500, subject to your selected payment method and current platform terms.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱1,000, and you must meet all applicable requirements before requesting a payout.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and verification status.
• You must complete KYC verification before you can make any withdrawal from your account.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method and account that you used for your deposit, unless otherwise approved by our support team.
• If a transaction appears suspicious or unusual, we may request additional verification documents before processing it.
• To prevent money laundering and other illegal activities, we monitor all transactions and may report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

PK7 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional campaigns. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at our sole discretion.

• The welcome offer is reserved for new players and can be claimed only on their very first deposit, once per account.
• Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds will require you to complete the wagering requirements set for that offer.
• Typically, you will need to wager the bonus amount between 15x and 30x before any withdrawal is possible.
• The bonus should be used within a set period, which normally spans from seven to thirty days from the time it is credited.
• You may not combine multiple bonuses in a single play session unless the promotion rules explicitly allow it.
• PK7 may carry out an account review if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or irregular activity.

Every title available on PK7 runs on internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software. This guarantees that all game rounds are completely random, with no outcome being predetermined or influenced by previous plays.

• Should any conflict arise over a game's outcome, PK7's judgment will be considered conclusive and binding.
• If a game needs to be annulled because of a technical failure, all bets placed in that round will be refunded in full.
• In the event your connection drops while playing, the final result of the game remains securely stored on our servers, so your progress is preserved.
• Violating any of the game's rules could result in your winnings being nullified entirely.
• Exploiting glitches, software errors, or any other technical flaw to gain an unfair edge is strictly forbidden.

To preserve a just and transparent gaming space, PK7 forbids certain behaviors outright. Any breach of these restrictions can lead to a permanent ban on your account.

• Participating in money laundering schemes, or handling funds that originate from unlawful sources.
• Registering several accounts under one person or household with the sole purpose of collecting bonuses more than once.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or commit any other cybercrime against the platform or its users.
• Running automated scripts, bots, or any external software to play games on your behalf.
• Engaging in harassment, intimidation, or deceptive conduct toward other players.
• Purposefully taking advantage of any security flaw, vulnerability, or bug in the platform.
• Permitting anyone below the legal gaming age to access or use an account, whether through shared credentials or otherwise.

PK7 keeps the right to suspend or close any player account, whether temporarily or permanently, depending on the situation. That said, we will not shut down an account without a legitimate reason behind it.

• Accounts that are found to have violated our terms may be closed without delay.
• If you decide to close your account on your own, just reach out to our support team and they will process your request.
• When you apply for self-exclusion, your account will be locked for the period you have chosen.
• Any valid balance left in your account will be returned to you before the account is closed.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, the remaining balance may be forfeited.

PK7 always aims to deliver a top-quality gaming experience, but there are certain situations where our liability is limited.

• We are not held responsible when a game gets interrupted because of internet connection problems on the player's side.
• We also cannot be held liable for issues caused by third-party payment gateway providers.
• In force majeure events that disrupt our services, no compensation will be provided.
• If an account gets compromised because of the account holder's own negligence, PK7 will not be liable for the loss.
